These strips are meant to be attached to a hook with a pin rig or a double hook setup and then ran behind a lure such as a sea witch. Many anglers fish these larger strips on the planar. The extra large strips work well rigged with a larger 1 to 3 oz seawitch or other lure such as an islander. We reccomend buying a few packs of strips in addition to the rigged strips. As you get bites you can ,replace the old bonito strips and effectively have a new lure, saving both time and money.
